Track tools from branch pickup to return.

Manage physical stock, counter rentals and returns in one workspace, then publish a customer-facing catalog from branch inventory.

Available in the app

Know which branch has each physical tool.

Search tools by branch, name, category or barcode. Each inventory record represents one physical item with an available, rented, maintenance or retired status.

Available in the app

Issue against a rental contract.

Select a customer and branch, set rental dates, add available tools, then enter rates and deposits. Issue and return operations update those same physical inventory records.

Available in the app

Check equipment back in by barcode.

Confirm each issued tool on return, record its condition, add repair or payment lines and review the recomputed contract balance.

Public rental website

Publish customer-facing products from branch stock.

Workspace owners and admins can set up a public business page, group physical tools into rental products, set daily rates and deposits, and publish the catalog. Customers can check date and quantity availability and request a booking by email confirmation.

Each website uses one fulfilment branch, and availability is rechecked before tools are allocated.
