Choose a CSV format, map its columns to RentFlowIQ fields, and inspect row errors and existing-record conflicts. Preview is read-only; commit requires the exact reviewed file and mapping.
Supported records
Import setup records only.
Imports cover branches, customers and individually tracked tools. Tool rows need a branch, barcode, category and valid status. Unchanged rows are skipped on a rerun; changed source data does not overwrite workspace edits.
Current status
Start with an export from your current system.
These are CSV export and mapping guides, not live connections. Rentman exports XLSX, so save the relevant sheets as CSV before importing. Bulk stock counts are not converted into individual tools.
